2. Eligibility

The offer is only available to employees of a legally registered business or organization in Hong Kong SAR.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

Submit multiple applications using different employees, fake company names, or duplicate registrations.

Use this offer for resale (e.g., selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or distributing to third parties for profit).

Attempt to exploit the system using bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Claim the gift on behalf of a company you do not represent.

Copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our product designs or branding.

5. Logo Engraving Policy

Your company logo will be engraved on all 20 pens.

We reserve the right to reject logos that are:

Offensive, illegal, or contain copyrighted/trademarked content.

Poor quality, blurry, or unsuitable for engraving.

Too complex or text-heavy.

If rejected, we will notify you within 48 hours and request a revised version.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Free shipping to one business address in Hong Kong.

Delivery time: 7–14 working days after logo approval.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or incorrect addresses.

Only one delivery address per company allowed.

7. Data Privacy & Compliance

Your personal information and company data will be used solely to process your order and ship the pens.

We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Hong Kong).

We will not share your data with third parties without consent.

You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via email.

8. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

We monitor submissions for duplicate entries, fake domains, invalid CR numbers, or suspicious activity.

If we detect misuse (e.g., multiple claims from one company, fake registration, resale attempts), we may:

Cancel the order

Block future access

Report to relevant authorities if necessary

Any attempt to profit from this offer will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

9. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The pens are provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use, delivery, or misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
