BrandCharger Warranty Terms and Conditions
All BrandCharger product has warranty cover of one year from date of delivery. In most cases this is identified on the invoice or shipping label/confirmation. If in doubt, please contact your account manager to verify. Products should be delivered without any shipping charges to BrandCharger at one of the following:
2.1 Product is not covered by warranty in the following conditions:
2.1.1 Product has been altered electrically in any way or has been subjected to misuse, accidental damage or unauthorized repair
2.1.2 Product has been improperly wired, installed, connected or applied not in accordance with the Company’s Manual
2.1.3 Product has been improperly stored and damaged while in the procession of the customer.
2.1.4 The Customer has failed to notify BrandCharger within a reasonable period of time of a design defect causing repeated failures.
2.1.6 The product has been returned to BrandCharger poorly packaged and has been damaged in transit
2.1.7 For lithium battery products (e.g. Nano, PowerBank, PowerTube), transport regulations limit us to return broken/defect products to the manufacturer. Hence, BrandCharger will reimburse the cost of broken units to the Buyer, given that other warranty terms are met.
3.1 The distributor should notify BrandCharger that there are products awaiting warranty service. All requests for service under warranty must be made in a writing such as email or letters.
3.2 When BrandCharger determines a warranty replacement, products will be shipped in accordance with the Company’s normal methods with the next delivery unless otherwise agreed. Any special method of shipment and the associated cost allocation, for example overnight express delivery etc will be agreed in advance between the parties.
3.3 The following information will be required before a courier collection can be organized
3.3.1 List of Products by product code
3.3.3 Description of defect
3.4 Product returned will be replaced under warrant or will be repaired (build or component fault only) and cleaned but it is not completely serviced or replaced.
1. What should I do if I want to return my product?
BrandCharger warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If after verifying and you found out that your BrandCharger product is defective and requires replacement, you may bring it back to the point of sale and it will come back to us via our distributor network worldwide.
2. Do I need to include the box, manuals, and power adapter when returning a product?
While this could vary depending on the product and claim, we suggest you send everything that originally came in the box.
3. What if I want to return my BrandCharger product directly?

Please be assured that support for BrandCharger products remains available through the existing BrandCharger support channels, and that we will continue to honor all valid warranties for BrandCharger products.
It will take up to two weeks to process replacements. In some cases BrandCharger may replace a defect product by another model with similar product features.
